Condominium size

While we're on the subject of size, there's also the size of the neighborhood to consider. Do you want to live in what resembles a village, or are you looking for the intimacy of a neighborhood where your kids know the other kids and go biking together?

The meaning of a community depends on this. In El Canal, the residential area together with the recreational and common areas are about 22.9 hectares. In this space there are apartments and houses distributed comfortably and harmoniously among themselves, gardens and the very nature that surrounds us. Location

You also have to think about the location: do you want to live in a capital city, full of traffic, close to offices but far from nature? How much do you want to drive per day?
