Main Amenities
The main amenities are the set of structures, spaces and areas located in the southwest of the project, noted for the swimming pools and views of the mountains and sunsets. We have the social clubhouse, the pool area, the fitness center, the El Canal trail, the tennis courts, a dog park, the badminton and 5-a-side soccer field with bermuda grass and the Guapinol park. All are spaces that condominium owners can share, enjoy, and visit on a daily basis. A children's area, perfect for lessons, for the little ones to learn and become familiar with the element of water, with a playground designed for easy entry and exit from different parts of the pool. A large common pool area to enjoy the views, the sunsets and the 'infinity' edge that is decorated by flowers, trees and gardens that line our canal, with seats and jacuzzi-like jets to massage your back. The multi-purpose room has a view of the mountains and the sound of a fountain, perfect for a yoga, pilates, meditation, dance or other classes. Multiple times a year we seek to organize events and bring in instructors so that everyone in the condominium can learn, practice and enjoy these amenities.

The surf skate park is a rather unique amenity: it's not just any skate park or bowl. It is designed with specific curvatures for surfing training. It is suitable for children and professionals who want to practice surfing and skateboarding. You can also practice skateboarding and other types of skateboarding, and even learn to ride a bicycle in the flat part of the center. It is located under the artificial lake and we lend skateboards, bring instructors and seek to create an inclusive space.

We have several dog parks: behind the basketball court, behind the 5-a-side soccer field, and next to the surf skate park. As we grow, we set aside green areas, and create spaces for your best friend. We delimit and designate cool spaces, with plenty of area for them to run, play and get to know each other.
