Why it is better to buy built than to build 

If you are ready to move out of your parents' house, and you are looking at houses or apartments that meet your needs, a big question is, buy an already built house, or invest in a lot and build?

Here we comment on the most important factors in making this decision.

Time factor: it depends on your situation, but time is a big factor.
Building: you have to think about the time it takes to find land in the ideal location, the coordination and design phases with the architect, then the time to apply and get permits, and so on. The whole process of starting construction is long. It can take several months or even more than a year.
